Our Story
Where Elite Services Center began
Elite Services Center Inc was founded on a simple observation: families raising children with autism and related developmental needs deserve a provider that treats them as partners, not case numbers. Too often, parents told us they felt like they were navigating evaluations, therapy schedules, and insurance paperwork completely on their own. We set out to change that experience for families across the Twin Cities metro.
From day one, our approach has centered on two commitments. First, every child’s plan of care is built around a real, current Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) — not a generic template. Second, every family is looped into the process, from the first assessment through ongoing coordinated care conferences with schools and other providers. That combination of clinical rigor and genuine partnership is what shapes everything we do.
Today, Elite Services Center Inc provides EIDBI and ABA services to children throughout Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Scott, Dakota, and Carver counties. Our team works primarily in-center, with in-home and telehealth support available for families who need additional flexibility. As we’ve grown, we’ve stayed close to the same principle that started this organization: therapy works best when it doesn’t stop at the clinic door, but carries into daily life at home, at school, and in the community.
We know that choosing a therapy provider for your child is one of the more significant decisions a family makes. It’s a decision built on trust, consistency, and results — and it’s one we don’t take lightly. Every therapist on our team is trained not just to deliver a session, but to explain the “why” behind it, so parents leave every interaction more confident, not more confused.
Looking ahead, Elite Services Center Inc remains focused on doing a smaller number of things exceptionally well rather than expanding services simply for the sake of growth. That means continued investment in therapist training, in transparent communication with the families we serve, and in relationships with schools and other providers across Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Scott, Dakota, and Carver counties. Our goal for every family who walks through our doors is straightforward: clearer communication than they’ve had before, a plan of care that actually reflects their child’s needs, and visible progress they can see and measure over time.
